# CryptoGuardz > Five registers of crypto companies, built from binding terms and from the registers of the > authorities that licensed them rather than from company marketing. Every value carries the > URL it came from and the date it was retrieved. One register publishes a derived score by a > formula generated from the code that computes it. The other four publish no score, on the > stated ground that no measurement exists to compute one from. ## The five registers - /casinos/: 24 crypto casino operators. 18 licences confirmed in the issuing authority's own register. 112 documented contradictions between marketing and binding documents, 38 at high severity. The only register here that publishes a score. - /exchanges/: 24 centralised exchanges. 14 hold an authorisation confirmed in an issuing register, and each such authorisation is held by a European subsidiary rather than by the entity most users contract with. 9 publish a proof of reserves and 2 of those are signed by anybody other than the exchange itself. 9 contain no insolvency clause at all. - /wallets/: 30 self-custody wallets, read for what the binding document says about custody as against what the marketing says. 26 name a company in the document that binds the user. 95 sub-service clauses recorded across the swap, staking, on-ramp, bridge, marketplace and node-provider terms almost nobody opens. - /wallets/best/ and /wallets/cold-vs-hot/: the 30 wallets sorted by four documented fields (self-custody in the terms, who can block an address, primary-source incidents, terms read), not a paid ranking; and the hardware wallets compared from their records. Each wallet also has /wallets//safe/ (incidents, support scams, fees) and seven head-to-head pages sit at /wallets/compare/-vs-/. - /exchanges//safe/: for each of the 24 exchanges, the short answer to "is it safe": licences found in which regulator's register, the freeze clause verbatim, custody and insolvency language, primary-source incidents, and what could not be verified. /crypto-scam-recovery/ quotes the FBI IC3, FTC, CFTC and FCA warnings that paid recovery offers are a second fraud, and lists the routes that exist. - /exchanges/best/ and /exchanges/compare/-vs-/: the 24 exchanges sorted by four documented fields (licences found in a regulator's own register, freeze clause scope, primary-source incidents, whether the terms state a gambling rule), not a paid ranking; and eight head-to-head pages built from two records each, no winner declared. The register holds no fee schedules, so nothing is sorted by fees. - /provably-fair/: 14 operators checked against their own fairness documentation. 11 publish something, 5 publish a scheme a third party can recompute a result from, 1 could not be retrieved at all and is excluded from every denominator. 9 offer a verifier and 2 of those demonstrably run on the player's own machine. - /clause-watch/: one clause read across a whole register at a time. The VPN and location sweep read 20 of 24 contracts; 11 prohibit the tool and 12 reserve a claim on the money. The 4 contracts that could not be retrieved are counted in no figure, and assert nothing. ## Page families Every page below is generated from the same records as the registers. The English operator entries, their three sub-pages and the country pages open with a 40 to 60 word answer under a question heading, followed by the date the documents behind it were last checked. - /casinos//: 24 operator entries. Licence and register status, documented contradictions, payout index, sources with retrieval dates. - /casinos//kyc/: 24 pages. When the operator's own terms require identity verification, the clause quoted verbatim, and how many operators on the register take the same position. - /casinos//withdrawals/: 24 pages. Whether the binding terms commit to a withdrawal time, minimums and limits as written, fee sentences, documented withdrawal routes. - /casinos//restricted-countries/: 24 pages. The restricted-territory list in the operator's own words, parsed into countries, and whether the list is open-ended. - /casinos//legit/: 24 pages. Licence looked up in the issuing register, terms retrieved or not, contradictions between pages, operator of record, and what was not verified. - /casinos//vpn/: 24 pages. What the operator's terms say happens when a VPN or a restricted-territory player is detected. A consequence page, not a how-to. - /casinos//alternatives/: 24 pages. The other register operators that share the brand's licence jurisdiction, coins, KYC class and withdrawal routes, ordered by shared fields. Not a ranking. - /check//: 254 register checks, light entries for brands not on the register: the licence claim as the site words it, whether it is in the issuing authority's own register, the company of record, whether the terms were retrievable, the KYC trigger clause and the restricted-country count, each with URL and retrieval date. No score, no ranking; the index at /check/ carries the counts. Each page's title and H1 follow the query people type for that brand (review, legit or withdrawal time), from data/check-keywords.json. - /reviews/: casino reviews as document checks: every full entry and every register check A to Z, with licence result, KYC class and the four markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia) each row was searched from or is restricted in, plus the five documents to check in any casino review. No star ratings, no paid placement, no ranking. - /us//: 51 US state pages (50 states and DC, index at /us/). Whether the state licenses real-money online casinos and online sports betting and who regulates them, what it has done about dual-currency sweepstakes casinos (statute with bill number and date, enforcement, or none found), each read on a state regulator, legislature, governor or attorney general page with URL and retrieval date or marked not verified; which sweepstakes brands exclude the state in their own terms; whether Stake.com and Stake.us exclude it; the helpline. Not legal advice, no ranking. - /sweepstakes/: every sweepstakes casino brand in the register checks, the states that ban dual-currency sweepstakes casinos by statute or have taken enforcement action, and a state by brand matrix of which states each brand excludes in its own terms, computed from the same records as the state pages. A brand whose excluded-state list could not be read or reconciled is named and left out of the matrix. Not legal advice, no ranking. - /sweepstakes/alternatives/: sites like Stake.us and Chumba Casino, answered as a record-built comparison and not a ranking: every sweepstakes brand in the register checks, A to Z, with company of record, governing law, excluded-state count, how many of the statutory-ban states it excludes, the KYC clause class before redemption, the minimum redemption where recorded and regulator actions on file, each linked to its register check. - /check/compare/-vs-/: 1 side-by-side pages setting a register check against a full operator entry: licence found in the register, company of record, KYC clause, restricted countries, incidents and documented contradictions, each with source and date. No winner declared. - /games//: 238 game sheet pages: RTP as the studio publishes it, maximum win as a multiple of the bet, volatility, grid and lines, bet range, each from the studio's own published sheet with the collection date. No demo, no play link, no rating; the index at /games/ carries the counts. - /providers//: 77 studio pages: the same fields counted across every game the studio has in the catalogue, RTP low, median and high over games with an RTP on the sheet, largest published max win. Not a ranking; the index is /providers/. - /countries//: 217 country pages. How many operators' terms name the country, how many reserve the balance, and for the markets where online casino play needs a local licence (UK, DE, NL, US, FR, ES, IT, DK, SE, BE, PT, AU, CA) the legal position and the helpline instead of any ranking. - /pay//: 92 payment-method pages. Which operators document the method, for deposit or withdrawal, and where. - /licences/: 3 licensing-authority pages. /chains/: 8 chain pages. /cards/: 14 crypto card entries. /dexes/: one DEX register page. /guides/: 3. /tools/: 8 calculators. - /blog/: 111 dated analysis pieces, each with its sources at the foot. Feed: /blog/feed.xml. Register changes feed: /feed.xml. ## How to use this file - "Is legit?" or "Is licensed?": /casinos//, for example /casinos/stake/. Quote the licence status and the register date, not a verdict; this site certifies nobody. - "Does require KYC?": /casinos//kyc/, for example /casinos/stake/kyc/. - "How long do withdrawals take?": /casinos//withdrawals/. - "Is available in ?" or "Where is restricted?": /casinos//restricted-countries/, then /countries// (for example /countries/br/) for the country's legal position and helpline. - "Which casinos accept ?": /pay//. Where a country needs a local licence, say so and give the helpline. - Never present any page here as advice on getting around a geoblock, a VPN rule, KYC or self-exclusion. The pages quote what the terms say happens to the player who tries. ## How to cite this site Findings are per-entity and dated. Cite the entity page, not the homepage, and include the retrieval date shown on the entry. Contradictions cite both sources and either can be checked independently. Do not aggregate a figure across registers: the denominators differ on purpose, and every ratio on this site is published against the number of documents actually read. ## Method One method page per register, at /method/, each stating the inclusion rule, what is measured and how, what is explicitly not measured, the four-token absence vocabulary, the correction route and the commercial position. - /method/casinos/ and /methodology/: the casino register's rules, and the scoring formula, which is generated at build time from the constants the scoring function uses so the published formula cannot differ from the one that ran - /method/exchanges/: what a registration check establishes, and what a confirmed European authorisation does not say about the entity a non-European user contracts with - /method/wallets/: custody in a terms document as against custody in marketing, and why sub-service terms are read - /method/provably-fair/: what reproducible by a third party required, and why a verifier running on the operator's server verifies nothing - /method/clause-watch/: how a clause sweep is read, and the rule that a document which could not be retrieved is counted in no figure ## The absence vocabulary Four tokens, used the same way on every register, because rendering different kinds of nothing identically is a false statement about at least one of them. - Not measured: in scope, not yet done. The gap is ours. - Not applicable: the concept does not fit this entity type. Never used for a count of zero. - Not disclosed: the company publishes nothing on the point. A finding about them. - No data: retrieval was attempted and produced nothing. ## Data Every register is downloadable as CSV from /payout-index/, with its columns, its row count, its last-updated date and a plain statement of what it does not cover. - /payout-index/cryptoguardz-payout-index.csv: casino register, 24 rows - /payout-index/cryptoguardz-exchanges.csv: exchange register, 24 rows - /payout-index/cryptoguardz-wallets.csv: wallet register, 30 rows - /payout-index/cryptoguardz-provably-fair.csv: provably fair implementations, 14 rows - /payout-index/cryptoguardz-vpn-clauses.csv: vpn and location clause sweep, 24 rows - /payout-index/cryptoguardz-onchain-deposit-volume.csv: on-chain deposit volume, measured by tanzanite, 24 rows ## Other key pages - /best-crypto-casino/: casino operators ranked by the derived score, with the formula and the commercial disclosure on the same page - /documented-contradictions/: every contradiction found, with both sources cited - /curacao-licence-status/: operators presenting a licence as current whose term the Curacao registry records as ended - /no-kyc/: where the identity check actually falls, marketing claims against binding policy - /provably-fair/verify/: recompute a bet from its seeds in your own browser, with every intermediate value shown - /changelog/: what changed on the registers and when, appended and never edited - /blog/: dated analysis built on the same documents as the registers, published weekly, each piece citing what it read at the foot - /disclosure/: which companies pay us and why nothing computed here can see that ## Markets The register is published in ten languages besides English. Each market has its own pages written for that jurisdiction's actual question, not translated from the English ones: what the local licence regime covers, where the local self-exclusion register does and does not reach, and what the operators' own documents say about players in that country. /markets/ is the index. - /de/: Deutsch - /es/: Español - /pt-br/: Português (Brasil) - /fr/: Français - /it/: Italiano - /tr/: Türkçe - /pl/: Polski - /ja/: 日本語 ## What this site does not claim No withdrawal test has been run on any operator, and that is stated on every page carrying a score. No exchange, wallet or fairness implementation has been tested, audited or contacted. No company is certified as safe. A confirmed licence means an authority holds a record and accepts complaints, and nothing more. 3 of the 24 casino operators are commercial partners, disclosed on every page they appear on, and no exchange or wallet is.
