Contact

Every enquiry below reaches the same inbox, read by the register desk, which is the person accountable for the findings published here. Corrections are acknowledged within three working days. Marking the subject line with the heading you are writing under is the fastest way to get the right reply.

If we got something wrong

Send the primary source that corrects it. We publish corrections with the date and keep the original visible in the change log instead of editing history quietly. See our corrections policy.

If you are an operator

You have a right of reply on any entry about you. Send documentation and we will publish it alongside the finding, or correct the finding if the documentation shows it wrong. What we will not do is remove an accurate, sourced finding because it is commercially inconvenient, including for operators we have a commercial relationship with.

If an operator has not paid you

Tell us. What is useful: the operator, the date you requested the withdrawal, the amount and coin, what reason you were given if any, and screenshots of the request and any support conversation. What we do with it: aggregate it into complaint velocity on that operator’s page, and follow up where a pattern appears.

What we cannot do is recover your money. We are not a regulator and we have no power over any operator. If the operator holds a licence we could verify, the issuing authority’s complaint process is the route with actual power, and the licence page for that jurisdiction explains what it can and cannot do.

Press and data

The payout index is free to cite with attribution and available as a CSV. If you are writing about a specific operator, the sources with retrieval dates are on that operator’s page. Happy to talk through methodology.
