Privacy Policy
The short version
We do not ask you to create an account, we do not collect your name or email unless you write to us, and we sell nothing about you to anyone. We run no analytics at all, and no outbound link on this site carries affiliate tracking today. What is left is explained below and it is short.
What we collect
Analytics: none. There is no analytics package on this site. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no Matomo, no self-hosted counter, no advertising pixel. We do not know how many people read any page here, which pages are popular, or which country you are in. This is a statement about the current build and it is checkable: view source on any page and there is no analytics script to find.
Server logs. Our host records requests, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention. These rotate out on the host schedule.
Email. If you write to us we keep the correspondence so we can answer and so we have a record of corrections and reports. If you report an operator not paying, we may publish an anonymised aggregate. We never publish your identity or account details.
Tools. The provably fair verifier and the wagering calculator run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into either is transmitted to us or anyone else. That matters for the verifier in particular, because a server seed is a live secret.
The one request that leaves this site
Pages load three typefaces from Google Fonts. That request carries your IP address and user agent to Google, as any request to any server does, and is governed by Google’s policy rather than ours. It is the only third-party host any page here contacts. Details are on the cookie policy.
What we do not collect
No account, no password, no payment details, no gambling history, no advertising pixels, and no fingerprinting.
Affiliate links
Today: none. No outbound link on this site carries affiliate tracking, and we have earned nothing from a reader signing up, because there is nothing in the build for a reader to sign up through. The full position is on our disclosure page.
Being paid through such links is the intended model. If and when one is added it will carry a referral identifier saying the visit came from CryptoGuardz and nothing else about you, this page will be updated before it ships, and the change will appear in the change log with its date.
Once you click through you are on the operator site and their policy applies, not ours. Theirs is usually far broader than this one. Links we use as evidence carry no tracking.
Legal basis and your rights
We process the little we hold under legitimate interest: running and securing the site and answering correspondence. Under the GDPR and UK GDPR you can ask what we hold, ask for correction or deletion, object to processing, and complain to your data protection authority. Write to alerts@cryptoguardz.com and we respond within 30 days.
In practice, unless you have emailed us, we are very unlikely to hold anything that identifies you at all.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect anything from under-18s. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
