What this site is
An information resource. We record what gambling operators publish about themselves, what independent registers confirm, and what we have measured. Nothing here is an inducement to gamble, financial advice, legal advice, or a recommendation that you use any operator.
The limits of our ratings
A status or score reflects the evidence we found at the date shown on the page. It is not a guarantee about an operator present or future conduct. An operator rated well today can stop paying tomorrow, and our review will lag that by however long it takes us to notice.
We take reasonable care and we cite sources so you can check them, but we do not warrant that everything here is complete, current or free of error. Where we could not verify something we say so, and the "what we could not verify" section is part of the finding instead of a footnote to it.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for checking whether gambling is legal where you are and whether an operator is permitted to accept you. Many operators listed here prohibit players from territories they nonetheless accept signups from. Using a VPN to circumvent an operator restriction will usually void your winnings under their own terms, and we do not encourage it.
You must be 18 or over, or the legal age where you are if higher, to use this site.
Liability
We provide this site as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of it or from your dealings with any operator listed on it. We are not a party to your relationship with any operator and we cannot recover money for you. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
Affiliate relationships
We hold commercial affiliate relationships with some of the operators listed and intend to be paid through them, though no outbound link here carries affiliate tracking yet. Each relationship is named on every page carrying it and detailed at our disclosure page. It does not influence ratings, and the mechanisms preventing that are described there.
Content and reuse
Site text and design are ours. The payout index dataset is published under CC BY 4.0 and you may reuse it with attribution. Operator names and marks belong to their owners and are used for identification and commentary.
Operators
If you operate a site we cover and believe an entry is wrong, our corrections process is the route. We publish right of reply and correct errors on evidence. We do not remove accurate, sourced findings on request.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operator is established, and disputes are subject to its courts.
