The DEX register
Decentralised exchanges, the aggregators that route across them, and the swap screens built into MetaMask and Phantom, read from the terms of the interface a player actually uses. None of them holds your coins, so the questions are different from the exchange register: who runs the interface, which countries its terms bar, whether it checks your wallet address against an analytics provider before it lets you trade, and whether the contracts behind it have an audit anybody can read. Grouped by chain, because that is how a casino deposit is routed.
How many DEXes on the register name gambling in their terms?
None of the 15 DEXes, aggregators and in-wallet swaps on this register mention gambling in their interface terms. 15 say nothing about gambling, casinos or betting in the documents read. 2 disclose wallet screening in their terms. Two of 15 say they screen wallet addresses.
Uniswap and 1inch disclose that they check wallet addresses with third-party analytics and block the ones flagged. Uniswap Labs lists the categories: sanctions, terrorism financing, hacked or stolen funds, ransomware, human trafficking and child sexual abuse material. Gambling is not on it. The other interfaces describe no screening, which is not the same as not screening.

PancakeSwap, STON.fi and SunSwap publish terms with no legal person in them: “PancakeSwap”, “the Interface maintainers” and “SunSwap team”. THORChain publishes no interface terms at all, because it has no interface of its own.

Not one interface’s terms mention gambling, casinos or betting. The only gambling in this register is PancakeSwap’s own: its documentation lists audits of a Lottery and a Prediction product run from the same interface.

Which interfaces screen your wallet address?
Two of the 15: Uniswap and 1inch. A blocked address cannot use that interface, though the contracts behind it remain reachable through others. Both disclosures are quoted in full in the entries below. MetaMask’s terms describe sanctions screening only for its own stablecoin, mUSD, where the issuer “may be able to restrict, freeze, or otherwise impair” use by particular wallet addresses.
Which countries do the terms bar?
Six publish a named country list (Aerodrome, Curve, Raydium, SushiSwap, Jupiter and deBridge). Eight ask only for a representation that the user is not sanctioned or not in a comprehensively sanctioned country. The lists differ in ways that matter to a player: Curve follows the Swiss SECO list, which does not include the United States; Aerodrome’s includes Turkey, Ukraine and China; Sushi’s includes Algeria, Bolivia, Nepal and Tunisia. A geoblock in the terms binds the user whether or not the interface enforces it technically.
Who runs the interface?
Where a company is named, it is often in a different place from the one its terms choose for disputes. Jupiter’s Block Raccoon S.A. deems the interface “based solely in Panama”; 1inch’s Degensoft Ltd. is registered in the British Virgin Islands; Curve’s Swiss Stake AG is in Zug; deBridge’s DxTech Inc. gives a Panama City address and a registration number. Eight operators are named with no place of registration at all, and three are not named.
Do DEX terms say anything about gambling?
No. None of the 15 interface terms read mentions gambling, casinos or betting, so a swap made on the way to a casino deposit is governed only by each interface’s general prohibition on unlawful use. That is the opposite of the centralised side, where three of the twelve exchanges prohibit gambling transfers outright. The two registers are compared in where crypto casino deposits come from.
