Can you deposit to a casino from Crypto.com Exchange?

Its terms let it freeze or suspend an account without prior notice. 1 registration is confirmed in an issuing register. 3 points are not verified. No primary-source incident is recorded. KYC rules: no data in this entry.

Disclosure: CryptoGuardz has no commercial relationship with Crypto.com Exchange, earns nothing if you open an account there, and has not contacted the company or given it notice of this entry. Every statement below is either a verbatim quote from a document Crypto.com Exchange publishes or a statement about a public register, and both carry the date they were read. 1. What this means for you
Consequences first, in the conditional, each one produced by a clause in a document Crypto.com Exchange publishes itself. Every line links to that clause, quoted in full and dated.
- Your coins stop being yours in law once they are on the exchange The terms grant Crypto.com Exchange the rights to all assets on the exchange and reduce yours to a contractual claim for an equivalent amount. They add that in the worst case a total loss may occur.
- Your account can be frozen without notice if Crypto.com Exchange decides it should be The suspension clause is discretionary and its list of grounds closes with a catch-all that swallows the list. The clause is quoted in full below.
- You are probably not covered by the authorisation you can see if you are outside the European Economic Area The confirmed authorisation is held by Foris DAX MT Limited, and the entity that contracts with a user elsewhere is a different company.
- You cannot tell from the terms what Crypto.com Exchange does about casino deposits The documents read contain no clause on gambling. The general prohibition on unlawful activity still applies.
2. What this entry records, and what it does not
This register publishes no number for an exchange. The payout score on the casino register has five defined components and a published arithmetic; no equivalent instrument exists here, and inventing one to fill the space would be a measurement nobody made. What follows instead is a field-by-field account of what was read, where it was read and when.

3. What we could not verify
Every entry carries this section. The gaps are published because a reader deserves the limits of the check as well as its results.
- The place of incorporation and company number of Foris DAX Limited. The terms state neither.
- Any proof of reserves after 7 December 2022. None is published on the page.
- Whether a given user's assets are held under clause 5.4 rather than clause 5.1. The terms say clause 5.4 applies where special safekeeping rules apply and do not list those jurisdictions.
4. Who you are contracting with
The counterparty named in the binding document, not the brand on the website. This is the company a claim would be brought against and whose insolvency estate a user would be a creditor of.

This is the only disclosure in the register signed by an accounting firm under a named standard. It is also the oldest: the page states the comparison was made "as of December 7, 2022, 00:00:00 UTC", more than three and a half years before retrieval.
An ISRS 4400 engagement is agreed-upon procedures. The accountant reports what it found on the procedures agreed, and gives no opinion or assurance.
