Can you deposit to a casino from ZebPay?
Not within its terms: ZebPay's binding document lists gambling as a prohibited use, in India Terms of Use, clause 7(a), Prohibited Uses. Disclosure: CryptoGuardz has no commercial relationship with ZebPay, earns nothing if you open an account there, and has not contacted the company or given it notice of this entry. Every statement below is either a verbatim quote from a document ZebPay publishes or a statement about a public register, and both carry the date they were read. Corrections go to the corrections page.
1. What this means for you
Consequences first, in the conditional, each one produced by a clause in a document ZebPay publishes itself. Every line links to that clause, quoted in full and dated.
- Your account can be frozen if you send funds to a casino from ZebPay The terms list gambling, casino games included, as a prohibited use with no licensing exception. The clause is quoted in section 10.
- Your account can be frozen without notice if ZebPay decides it should be The suspension clause is discretionary and its list of grounds closes with a catch-all that swallows the list. The clause is quoted in full below.
- Your withdrawal can be suspended if ZebPay decides an incident on the platform requires it The withdrawal clause sets no maximum duration and no external test for when an incident is resolved.
- You cannot tell what happens to your coins if ZebPay fails, because the binding document does not say There is no insolvency clause in the terms. A reader is left to infer their position as an unsecured creditor from a document that declines to state it.
- You have no authority to complain to if something goes wrong, because no registration could be confirmed No authorisation claimed by ZebPay was found in an issuing authority's own public register.
2. What this entry records, and what it does not
This register publishes no number for an exchange. The payout score on the casino register has five defined components and a published arithmetic; no equivalent instrument exists here, and inventing one to fill the space would be a measurement nobody made. What follows instead is a field-by-field account of what was read, where it was read and when.

| Insolvency outcome | Not disclosedThe binding document contains no insolvency clause. This is an absence in their document, not a gap in our reading. |
| Withdrawal test | Not measuredNo first-party deposit or withdrawal has been run against this exchange. It would require funding an account, which this register has not done. Until it has, nothing here is a measurement of how fast the exchange pays. |

3. What we could not verify
Every entry carries this section. The gaps are published because a reader deserves the limits of the check as well as its results.
- Any FIU-IND registration. No ZebPay document read states one, and the FIU-IND reporting entity list could not be read.
- The entity name and CIN in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs register. Not read.
- The last 26,000 characters of the India legal page, which may contain further clauses.
- Any proof of reserves. No page was retrieved.
- The networks ZebPay supports for USDT withdrawals. No network list was read.
- Incidents. No regulator action, court filing or company post-mortem concerning ZebPay was retrieved. That is not a finding that none exists.
4. Who you are contracting with
The counterparty named in the binding document, not the brand on the website. This is the company a claim would be brought against and whose insolvency estate a user would be a creditor of.

Two sets of terms were read. The India Terms of Use (zebpay.com/in/legal-privacy, "Version Number 1.8", no date; page modified 30 September 2026) name "Awlencan Innovations India Limited, an entity incorporated in India having CIN: U72100TS2018FLC177177". The accompanying Privacy Policy is headed "(Last Modified: 20th April 2026)". This entry records the India terms because the demand for this page is from India.
The global Terms of Use (zebpay.com/terms-of-use, "Version Number 1.1", page modified 30 September 2026) define ZebPay as "the relevant subsidiary or affiliate of Ohana DAO Pte Ltd (a Singapore entity)", are governed by the laws of Panama, and refer disputes to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. A user outside India contracts on those terms, not the India terms.
zebpay.com/terms returned a fetch error. The entity and CIN were not checked in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs register.

5. Registrations, claimed and confirmed
No registration ZebPay claims could be found in an issuing authority's own public register. That is an absence of confirmation, not evidence that a registration is invalid. No registration was confirmed in a regulator's own register, and no ZebPay document read for this entry states an FIU-IND registration number.
| Authority | Kind | Confirmed | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Financial Intelligence Unit India (FIU-IND), reporting entity registration for virtual digital asset service providers under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 | authorisation | no | Not claimed in any document read and not confirmed. The India Terms of Use and Privacy Policy contain no FIU-IND registration statement or number in the portion read, and ZebPay's blog page "Is Crypto Legal In India?" (28 July 2026) says only that "Crypto exchanges must follow KYC norms and register with FIU-IND" without stating ZebPay's own status. The FIU-IND reporting entity list could not be read. An FIU-IND registration, where held, is an anti-money-laundering reporting registration and not a licence to operate an exchange. |
| Financial Intelligence Unit India (FIU-IND), compliance orders under section 13 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 | adverse listing | not listed | Negative check. The FIU-IND compliance orders page, read 9 October 2026, lists 126 orders from 2013 to 30 December 2025. The crypto businesses named on it are Coinbase India Private Limited, Bybit Fintech Limited, Binance and Peken Global Ltd. (KuCoin). Neither ZebPay nor Awlencan appears. |
| European Securities and Markets Authority (MiCA register of non-compliant entities) | adverse listing | not listed | Negative check. The official ESMA register of non-compliant entities providing crypto-asset services was retrieved on 9 October 2026 (173 data rows, ending with a complete row) and searched. Neither ZebPay nor Awlencan appears in it. |
6. Proof of reserves
No ZebPay-hosted proof of reserves page could be loaded. No proof of reserves page was retrieved for this entry. Recorded as no data, not as not disclosed.
Nothing is recorded here as a result. The field is No data rather than no, because a page that would not load is not the same as a disclosure that does not exist, and this register does not publish the two as though they were.
7. Custody, segregation and insolvency
What the binding document says about where your coins sit and what happens to them if the exchange fails, quoted rather than characterised.
All relevant User fiat shall be in ZebPay’s bank account(s), or may be kept separate from money belonging to ZebPayzebpay.com
lend out or invest the Client Fundszebpay.com
There is no clause in ZebPay’s terms describing what happens to customer digital assets if ZebPay itself becomes insolvent. A user is left to infer that they are an unsecured creditor from a document that declines to say so. The absence is recorded as Not disclosed: it is a gap in their document, not in our reading of it.
8. Freezing your account
3 clauses, quoted in the order they appear in the document. Read the last one first: it is the ground that swallows the others.
ZebPay shall, without prior notice, have the right to disable your access to the Client Asset Account at any timezebpay.com
You agree that we have the right to immediately suspend the Client Asset Accountzebpay.com
shall have the right to permanently freeze (cancel) the authorisations of the Client Asset Accountzebpay.com
9. Suspending withdrawals
any Client Funds will be ‘frozen’ until the relevant procedures are completedzebpay.com
ZebPay may, at its discretion, withhold payment (or deduct an amount from it, as applicable) if:zebpay.com
10. Sending funds to a casino from ZebPay
ZebPay's terms prohibit gambling as a category, with no exception for a licensed casino. A deposit sent from ZebPay to a crypto casino is a prohibited use under the clause below.
You may not use your Client Asset Account to engage in the following categories of activity (“Prohibited Uses”). [...] gambling;zebpay.com
ZebPay shall, without prior notice, have the right to disable your access to the Client Asset Account at any timezebpay.com
The quote joins the lead-in of the Prohibited Uses list to its list item "gambling;". The prohibition is not limited to illegal gambling. The consequence quote is clause 7(b), which immediately follows the list. The global Terms of Use carry the same "gambling;" item in clause 7(a). Neither document names casinos or says whether a withdrawal to a casino address is blocked; betting, gaming and casino do not appear.
11. Which networks ZebPay withdraws USDT on
No dataThe network list could not be confirmed. See the note below.
No ZebPay page listing USDT withdrawal networks was read for this entry. No chain is counted. Source. Which DEXes operate on each of those chains is in the DEX register.
12. Amendment, liquidation, arbitration and governing law
The clauses that decide what the contract can become, what can be done to an open position, and where a dispute would be heard.
13. Public record
No incident is recorded for ZebPay. That is not a clean bill of health. It means no primary source, meaning a regulator action, a court filing or a company post-mortem, was retrieved within this collection. Absence of a record here is the absence of a search result.
14. Who should avoid ZebPay
Anyone who needs an authority to complain to. No registration ZebPay claims could be confirmed in an issuing register, so there is no supervisory body this register can point a user at when something goes wrong. And anyone who wants to know, before depositing, where they would stand if the exchange failed: the document does not answer that question.
