Disclosure: CryptoGuardz has no commercial relationship with Swyftx, earns nothing if you open an account there, and has not contacted the company or given it notice of this entry. Every statement below is either a verbatim quote from a document Swyftx publishes or a statement about a public register, and both carry the date they were read. Corrections go to the corrections page.
1. What this means for you
Consequences first, in the conditional, each one produced by a clause in a document Swyftx publishes itself. Every line links to that clause, quoted in full and dated.
- Your account can be frozen if you send funds to a casino from Swyftx The terms list gambling, casino games included, as a prohibited use with no licensing exception. The clause is quoted in section 10.
- Your account can be suspended or closed for any reason Swyftx gives The freeze clause itself requires notice, but a separate ground lets the exchange suspend or terminate an account for any reason. Both are quoted below.
- Your withdrawal can be suspended if Swyftx decides an incident on the platform requires it The withdrawal clause sets no maximum duration and no external test for when an incident is resolved.
- You cannot tell what happens to your coins if Swyftx fails, because the binding document does not say There is no insolvency clause in the terms. A reader is left to infer their position as an unsecured creditor from a document that declines to state it.
- You have no authority to complain to if something goes wrong, because no registration could be confirmed No authorisation claimed by Swyftx was found in an issuing authority's own public register.
2. What this entry records, and what it does not
This register publishes no number for an exchange. The payout score on the casino register has five defined components and a published arithmetic; no equivalent instrument exists here, and inventing one to fill the space would be a measurement nobody made. What follows instead is a field-by-field account of what was read, where it was read and when.

| Insolvency outcome | Not disclosedThe binding document contains no insolvency clause. This is an absence in their document, not a gap in our reading. |
| Withdrawal test | Not measuredNo first-party deposit or withdrawal has been run against this exchange. It would require funding an account, which this register has not done. Until it has, nothing here is a measurement of how fast the exchange pays. |

3. What we could not verify
Every entry carries this section. The gaps are published because a reader deserves the limits of the check as well as its results.
- The Swyftx Terms of Use and every clause in them, including account freeze, withdrawal suspension, custody, insolvency, amendment and governing law. All swyftx.com legal pages returned no content to two attempts each.
- The AFSL 568543 in ASIC's register. Not confirmed.
- Any AUSTRAC digital currency exchange registration. The AUSTRAC register requires a login.
- Any proof of reserves. swyftx.com/au/security/ returned no readable content.
- The networks Swyftx supports for USDT withdrawals. swyftx.com/network-withdrawal-fees/ returned no readable content and the support article on selecting a network names none.
- Incidents. No regulator action, court filing or company post-mortem concerning Swyftx was retrieved. That is not a finding that none exists.
4. Who you are contracting with
The counterparty named in the binding document, not the brand on the website. This is the company a claim would be brought against and whose insolvency estate a user would be a creditor of.
| Named counterparty | Swyftx Pty Ltdsource · retrieved 2026-10-08 |

| Jurisdiction of incorporation | Australia (Australian Private Company, main business location QLD 4064) |
| Company number | ABN 72 623 556 730 (ACN 623 556 730) |
The Swyftx support site footer states: "‘Swyftx’ is a brand of Swyftx Pty Ltd (ABN 72 623 556 730, AFSL 568543)." The Australian Business Register, read 8 October 2026, carries SWYFTX PTY LTD, ABN 72 623 556 730, active from 21 Dec 2017, Australian Private Company, ASIC registration ACN 623 556 730, main business location QLD 4064.
The footer also states: "Swyftx’s spot cryptocurrency exchange services are not provided under Swyftx’s AFSL and are not issued, arranged, distributed or authorised by Eightcap Pty Ltd (ABN 73 139 495 944, AFSL 391441)", that derivative products are issued by Eightcap and distributed by Swyftx, and that credit products are provided by Web3 Ventures Pty Ltd trading as Block Earner.
The Swyftx Terms of Use could not be retrieved. swyftx.com/terms-of-use/, swyftx.com/au/legal/, swyftx.com/au/terms-conditions/ and swyftx.com/terms-of-use/derivatives all returned only page metadata and a skip link, with the content loaded by JavaScript. The clauses below therefore come from Swyftx's own support articles, not from the binding terms, and the entity is identified from the support footer and the Australian Business Register rather than from a contract.
5. Registrations, claimed and confirmed
No registration Swyftx claims could be found in an issuing authority's own public register. That is an absence of confirmation, not evidence that a registration is invalid. No licence was confirmed in a regulator's own register. The one licence Swyftx names, an AFSL, is expressly not the basis of its spot crypto exchange service according to Swyftx's own footer.
| Authority | Kind | Confirmed | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Australian financial services licence | authorisation | no | Claimed in the Swyftx support footer, which itself states that Swyftx's spot cryptocurrency exchange services are not provided under this AFSL. Not confirmed: ASIC's AFS licensee dataset page on data.gov.au listed no downloadable resource, and no ASIC register search returned a record for this entry. |
| Australian Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (AUSTRAC) digital currency exchange register | authorisation | no | A digital currency exchange registration is an anti-money-laundering reporting registration. It is not a licence to operate an exchange and carries no prudential, custody or client-money requirement. Not confirmed: the AUSTRAC public register redirects to a login page and serves no public list. No Swyftx document retrieved for this entry states an AUSTRAC registration. |
| European Securities and Markets Authority (MiCA register of non-compliant entities) | adverse listing | not listed | Negative check. The official ESMA register of non-compliant entities providing crypto-asset services was retrieved on 8 October 2026 (173 data rows, ending with a complete row) and searched. The string Swyftx does not appear in it. |
6. Proof of reserves
No Swyftx-hosted proof of reserves page could be loaded. swyftx.com pages load their content by JavaScript and returned no readable text, so any reserve disclosure on the security page could not be read. Recorded as no data.
Nothing is recorded here as a result. The field is No data rather than no, because a page that would not load is not the same as a disclosure that does not exist, and this register does not publish the two as though they were.
7. Custody, segregation and insolvency
The binding document says nothing about segregation and nothing about insolvency. That is the finding.
There is no clause in Swyftx’s terms describing what happens to customer digital assets if Swyftx itself becomes insolvent. A user is left to infer that they are an unsecured creditor from a document that declines to say so. The absence is recorded as Not disclosed: it is a gap in their document, not in our reading of it.
8. Freezing your account
1 clauses, quoted in the order they appear in the document. Read the last one first: it is the ground that swallows the others.
If flagged by our system, your account will be restricted, and you may lose all account functionalities.support.swyftx.com

10. Sending funds to a casino from Swyftx
Swyftx's terms prohibit gambling as a category, with no exception for a licensed casino. A deposit sent from Swyftx to a crypto casino is a prohibited use under the clause below.
We aren't permitted to allow our customers to send crypto to third parties or certain online marketplaces or platforms, including, but not limited to: Online gambling platformssupport.swyftx.com
For this reason, we cannot allow withdrawals to platforms that match a description of any of the above.support.swyftx.com
The quote joins the lead-in sentence of the Restrictions list to its first relevant item, "Online gambling platforms", which appears as a list item. The same list names online pharmacies, dark web marketplaces and potentially fraudulent or illegally operating platforms. The article says automated systems stop such transactions and that a flagged account "will be restricted". This is the most direct statement in this register that withdrawals to a casino are blocked at the platform level. It is a support article, not the Terms of Use, which could not be retrieved.
11. Which networks Swyftx withdraws USDT on
No dataThe network list could not be confirmed. See the note below.
The support article says supported networks are shown in the app when an asset is selected and names none. swyftx.com/network-withdrawal-fees/ returned no readable content. No chain is counted. Source. Which DEXes operate on each of those chains is in the DEX register.
12. Amendment, liquidation, arbitration and governing law
The clauses that decide what the contract can become, what can be done to an open position, and where a dispute would be heard.
13. Public record
No incident is recorded for Swyftx. That is not a clean bill of health. It means no primary source, meaning a regulator action, a court filing or a company post-mortem, was retrieved within this collection. Absence of a record here is the absence of a search result.
14. Who should avoid Swyftx
Anyone who needs an authority to complain to. No registration Swyftx claims could be confirmed in an issuing register, so there is no supervisory body this register can point a user at when something goes wrong. And anyone who wants to know, before depositing, where they would stand if the exchange failed: the document does not answer that question.
