Every high-severity contradiction, in full

38 of them, each one two statements by the same operator that cannot both be true. Marketing claim on the left, the binding document or issuing register on the right, both links live. Nothing here is our opinion: if a pair reads wrongly to you, the two sources are one click away and you can say so.

BC.GAMEhigh severity
What it advertises
The site advertises deposit bonuses of up to 120 percent, and publishes a page titled Bonus Terms which describes itself as covering wagering requirements, expiration rules and maximum win limits.

No bonus terms, no wagering requirement, no expiry and no maximum win cap are served. The advertised offer has no published binding terms anywhere on the operator's site or help desk.

Medium and low severity findings are recorded on each operator’s own page. Severity is our judgement of consequence, not of intent.

This is the page the register exists to produce. A contradiction between what an operator advertises and what its own enforceable documents say is not an opinion about that operator. It is a fact about two documents, and it is checkable by anyone who follows the two links.

Severity is assigned by what the contradiction costs a player. A claim about withdrawal speed that the payment policy denies is high severity, because it misleads at the exact moment money is at stake. A stale brand name left in a templated policy is low severity, because it signals sloppiness in place of harm.

Why a contradiction is better evidence than an opinion

Every review site in this category tells you what it thinks. The difficulty is that you have no way to check what it thinks, and in most cases the thinking was paid for. A documented contradiction avoids the problem entirely, because it is not a judgement. It is two statements by the same operator, or one statement by an operator and one by its regulator, that cannot both be true. You do not have to trust us to evaluate it. You have to click two links.

This also makes the finding durable in a way an opinion is not. A rating decays as soon as the operator changes something. A contradiction is dated, sourced on both sides, and stays true about the day it was recorded even after it is fixed. When an operator does fix one, we record the correction in the change log with the same prominence as the original finding not quietly deleting it.

The standard we apply is narrow on purpose. We do not record a contradiction because marketing copy is vague, or because a term is unfair, or because a player somewhere had a bad experience. We record it when a specific claim on a page we fetched is contradicted by a specific clause in a document that operator publishes itself, or by the register of the authority that issued its licence. Everything softer than that goes in the unverified list on the operator's page instead.

Five patterns this register keeps producing

These five are not ranked by frequency, and the page will not pretend otherwise. Each record here stores the claim, the document that contradicts it, both sources, a date and a severity. It does not store a pattern label, so no count of pattern against pattern can be computed from it and none is published. What follows is a description of the shapes, in no order.

Instant withdrawals against terms that commit to nothing. An operator advertises payouts in minutes, and its binding terms either state no processing time at all or allow seven days and more if needed. Both statements are published by the same company on the same domain, and only the second one is enforceable.

No-KYC marketing against a policy requiring verification. An operator answers its own FAQ with the word no, or markets anonymity as a product feature, while its payment policy requires identity documents before a withdrawal is released. In the most extreme case on this register the identity collection happens before a deposit address is issued at all.

A licence advertised as current against a register that says otherwise, which carries the most serious consequence of the five because the licence is the only recourse a player has. A bonus percentage with no binding document behind it, or a bonus policy that contradicts itself within a few sections. And corporate identity: an operator naming different owning companies, in different countries, under different regulators, across documents that are all live at the same time.

What a severity rating means here

High severity means the contradiction could cost a player money or remove their recourse. A licence presented as current whose term has ended is high. So is no-KYC marketing against a policy that forfeits the balance of anyone who declines to verify, and so is a bonus document that promises no wagering requirements and then imposes forty times.

Medium severity means the contradiction misleads about something material but has a smaller direct cost, such as an advertised coin list that the operator's own configuration disables, or a stale licence number still shipping in production strings alongside the current one. Low severity covers defects that reveal how the documents are maintained over what they cost: a version stamp that predates the licence the same document cites, a maximum bet written as ten thousand in figures and one thousand in words, or a competitor's brand name left inside a payment policy.

Low does not mean unimportant. A binding document that names another company, or contradicts itself on a betting limit, is telling you something about how carefully the terms governing your money were assembled. We record those without inflating them.

What we do when an operator disputes one

Send the document. Not an explanation, not a note from an account manager, the document. If a licence register is out of date, the authority record that supersedes it settles the matter. If a clause has been amended, the amended clause settles it. We will publish the update on the same day, with the same prominence as the finding, and record the change in the log so the history stays visible.

We will not remove a finding because an operator is a commercial partner, and three of the twenty-four operators on this register are. Saying that those three sit on the watchlist would prove nothing, because all twenty-four do and no operator has yet cleared the bar for anything higher. What can be checked instead is the mechanism: the scoring function never receives the partner flag, and the build rejects any operator file carrying a hand-written score. The day a partner ranks above a non-partner is the day that mechanism is worth anything, and it has not come yet.

The one thing we will not do is treat a contradiction as settled by an assurance. An operator saying that a clause is not enforced in practice is telling you about its current intentions, not about the document you agreed to. The clause is the thing that governs a dispute, and the dispute is the only moment any of this matters.

Operators that do not qualify

Listed so the absence is visible. An operator missing from the table above has been reviewed and did not meet the criterion, which is different from not having been looked at.

Most of these were found by reading the same seven clauses in every set of terms, which are the ones covered in the guide to reading casino terms.

The same question, asked in one other market

Three markets have their own version of this page, each one built from the same contradiction records and framed against what a player there can do about it.

How we decide

Every list on this site is a query against the same dataset, not a hand-written ranking. When an operator’s status changes, every page it appears on updates in the same build. The rules are at our methodology page and the underlying data is at the payout index.
