Using a VPN on BC.GAME: what its terms say happens
The document holding BC.GAME's location clause could not be retrieved, so this page records no penalty and no permission: not verified.
What happens if you use a VPN on BC.GAME?
BC.GAME's location clause is not verified, because the document holding it could not be retrieved. Its terms name 10 restricted countries in full. That list is open-ended. 12 of 24 operators on the register reserve a claim on the money. This page does not explain how to use a VPN.

The clause, as the terms write it
not verified The document holding BC.GAME's location clause could not be retrieved, so this page records no penalty and no permission: not verified.
Could not be retrieved. The terms page is a single-page application that renders its twenty-one section headings but keeps every clause body inside collapsed accordions that are not present in the served document. Four attempts were made, including a stealth headful browser with an eighteen-second render wait; only the heading list and the body of section 1, Introduction, ever rendered. Sections 4 (Eligibility), 13 (Prohibited Conduct) and 15 (Account Restriction, Suspension and Termination) are where such a clause would sit and none of their text could be read. The URL in the register's source list, https://bc.game/terms, redirects to the homepage. No clause is recorded because none was read. No figure on any page counts this operator, because no clause was read.
What the terms say can happen
Each penalty in the register's vocabulary, and whether BC.GAME's terms reserve it for a player found masking location or playing from a restricted territory.
| Penalty | In the terms | What it means for the player |
|---|---|---|
| balance forfeited | not verified | The operator can keep the money in the account, winnings included. |
| deposit forfeited | not verified | The deposit itself can be kept, not only what was won with it. |
| account closed | not verified | The account can be shut, and what is paid out of it is then the operator's decision. |
| bets voided | not verified | Settled bets can be cancelled, which removes the winnings on them. |
| withdrawal refused | not verified | A cash-out request can be held or turned down. |
| identity documents demanded | not verified | Identity and address documents can be demanded before anything is paid. |
Where the terms say you cannot play
BC.GAME's terms name 10 countries in full as restricted. The list is open-ended, so a country missing from it is not a country the terms allow. The list, country by country, is on the BC.GAME restricted countries page.
What this means in practice
With the clause unread, this register cannot say what would happen to a balance.
Identity documents carry a home address, so a residence in a restricted country can come to light whenever BC.GAME asks for them. Its KYC terms are classed as discretionary; the clause is on the KYC page.
A complaint about confiscated funds goes to the operator first and then, where a route exists, to the licensing authority. Both read the same contract, and the player accepted the territory clause on sign-up. What a licence issued in Anjouan gives a player with a complaint is set out on the Anjouan licence page.
Where play needs a local licence
In the United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, the United States, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Belgium, Portugal, Australia and Canada (Ontario), online casino play needs a licence issued in that country, and no operator on this register holds one. For those countries the register publishes the legal position and the helpline, not a ranking. A VPN does not change which law applies to the player. Each country's position is on the map.
