Bitcoin casinos

In short, from the documents

Which crypto casinos on the register take Bitcoin (BTC)?

21 of the 24 crypto casinos on this register list BTC in their own payment policy or terms. 20 of those 21 document a crypto withdrawal route on their payment pages, which do not break routes down by coin. None has a measured payout: no withdrawal has been timed at any of them yet.

Bitcoin: operators accepting: 21 of 24; exchanges paying out USDT here: not measured; wallets naming this chain: 24 of 30. Operators count only where their own payment policy or terms list BTC; wallets count where their own pages name the chain. Not a rating. Drawn by the CryptoGuardz Register Desk from the record.

The same 21 operators document BTC, ETH and LTC. Support for these is effectively universal on this register, so the roster is printed rather than the full grid, and what differs between Ethereum and Litecoin is everything below it.

How this list is built

Operators that enumerate BTC in their own payment policy or terms. A coin icon in a site footer does not qualify: several operators display icons for chains their binding documents never mention, and the documented list is the one that governs what actually happens to a deposit.

15 of these 21 have a licence confirmed in the issuing register, and 3 operators on the register document no BTC support. Every name links to its entry. The full grid, with scores and licence status in columns, is the register itself.

What is actually moving on Bitcoin

BTC is documented by 21 of the 24 operators on this register, and measured by nobody.

Tanzanite, the one source publishing on-chain deposit volume for this market, covers 10 networks and Bitcoin is not among them. Neither are we: no payout wallet has been identified for any operator on this register. So the coin with the widest documented support here is the one with the least public evidence behind it, and an operator’s BTC claim can be checked against its own terms and against nothing else.

The measured networks are all ones that carry stablecoins, and Bitcoin does not. TRX alone took $1.36bn across 9 of these operators in the same month, which is the comparison worth holding on to: the rail everybody documents is not the rail the money is on. What is measured.

Source: Tanzanite, casino deposit volume, retrieved 2026-09-22. It counts deposits arriving at operator addresses, not bets placed, and the denominator is the 9 operators on this register that they track rather than the market.

Bitcoin settlement arithmetic

Bitcoin targets a ten-minute block, so the confirmation requirement dominates everything else on this page. Three confirmations is about thirty minutes in the ordinary case, six is about an hour, and block intervals are a Poisson process, so an unlucky wait of double the expected time is routine rather than a fault.

Fees are paid by the sender and vary with mempool demand, sometimes by an order of magnitude within a day. Some operators absorb the withdrawal fee and some deduct it, and on a small withdrawal the difference is material. Lightning would remove almost all of this and no operator on the register documents support for it, so an advertised instant Bitcoin withdrawal is describing an internal approval speed and not settlement.

A withdrawal has two clocks and operators rarely separate them. The numbers above are the second one, network confirmation, and it is the clock marketing copy points at when it says instant. The first is the operator’s own approval step, which is a human or risk-engine decision with no published duration at 19 of the 24 operators on the register, and it is where almost all delay actually lives. What each operator commits to is recorded separately.

What to know before moving BTC

Bitcoin blocks arrive roughly every ten minutes, so the confirmation requirement dominates everything else. An operator asking for three confirmations means about half an hour in the ordinary case, and an operator asking for six means about an hour. Neither number is usually published in a binding document.

Fees vary with mempool demand and are paid by whoever sends. Some operators absorb the withdrawal fee and some deduct it, and the difference on a small withdrawal can be material.

Lightning support would remove most of this, and almost no operator on this register documents it. Where an operator advertises instant Bitcoin withdrawals without documenting Lightning, it is describing its own internal approval speed and not settlement, because base layer Bitcoin cannot deliver what the phrase implies.

Operators with no documented coin list

These operators do not enumerate supported coins in their binding documents at all, so we cannot place them on any chain page. That absence is recorded on each operator page.
